I believe they should be given the same rights. I see no reason why they should not be treated equal. The problem with our government and courts is the fact that they tend to preach about human rights but then at the same time they are ignoring the rights of people who they believe are inferior in society because of their violations of society's traditional expectations. If they are living in a society where they are citizens of the jurisdiction, they should be entitled to the same rights as all other people do and those rights include constitutional rights as well.
