Should there be restrictions on the names we can choose?
I only say this because a new member is named 'fuck'

Although the word 'fuck' is not offensive to me, there are quite young people that do use the site. I would be offended by some names that are possible, as after seeing the name 'fuck' I can only imagine that there are no restrictions on names at all, leaving an open door to whatever name you can come up with in between what 12 characters? The names that are chosen for us are by our parents or other relative. If someone older than us wanted to name a child "Fuck", then that reflects something about their past experience. Although I support no restricitions, the child will have a hard time in life being rejected from public occasions such as schools. I believe that people grow up has something related to their names. If they do not like their names later in life, they can also register a name change from the government. Side: No
You obviously didn't read what the debate was about ... I was talking about usernames, like your name is Bmwc3. Some usernames can be extremely offensive to others, and it looks as though CD has no name restriction device. Meaning hypothetically that as long as a name isn't taken, you can name yourself that. This idea was brought up when I saw a new member of CD with the name ' fuck '. Side: yes

CD is for intelligence. It is not in the name of the user. People only gain respect on the site for logical responses and shouldn't be judged on the username. To me, I don't care what their username is. Hey, my name is PrayerFails, and it is probably offense, but it makes people think about it. Side: No
