The United States was founded on the principle of freedom of religion. People in the US should be free to worship (or not worship for that matter) as they choose.

Also, religion and state should be kept separate.

America came much too close to being a Christian nation under GW Bush. The american government should be entirely secular with checks and balances in place to ensure that religion is not clouding the judgment of the people passing and enforcing the laws of the nation.

The last thing we need is more laws based on potential fiction.

Side: Freedom of all Religion

We have the right to believe in anything we want, or nothing at all. I for one do not want some Bible thumping idiot condemning me. So yes, freedom of religion.

Side: Freedom of all Religion

Theoretically, the United States is a Christian nation because Christmas is a Federal Holiday. But there should be freedom of worship involving all religions.

You can't honestly be this ignorant... "...it's either our God or their God..."-- This isn't a game of checkers. We don't "need" a national "god." The forefathers designed our government so that the people of this country would not be vouched for something they didn't believe in; it's called tyranny, and I frankly, want nothing to do with it.

What I meant was that I don't want a religion hell bent on destroying us to enter this country.
