Try to imagine something you've never seen before. It's hard isn't it?
Extra challenge if you actually managed to. Either describe it as in what you would see if said object we're visible before you, or for our artistically gifted, draw or sculpt it, and post pics.

Wouldn't this, as a qualifier, more or less remove the ability to describe something entirely? I mean, if I were to describe an imaginary object using any kind of object or shape to give an idea as to how the imaginary object appears, wouldn't that count as simply adding something I've seen to something else I've seen, or rearranging things I'm already familiar with? For example: If I were to envision, say, one of the beasts in the book of revelations from the bible- these were described as vaguely resembling certain animals, but with other features like multiple wings that wouldn't have a place on the 'base' animal, as well as being covered in eyes all over- would that not simply be a case of assembling a bunch of animal parts I'm already aware of (as well as a boatload of eyes), just in an arrangement I haven't actually seen? So, then, the only imaginations that would qualify would defy all description, unless I'm misunderstanding you. Can you be more specific regarding this particular qualifier? 0
