yeah really its the frickin 21st century , lets get with it !
Cellphones should be allowed in school cause during study time when you arent doing a test or anything you can cheat on , not all of us like to read a book , or do other work . texting is not that disruptive , and its relatively quiet , and hell it keeps the person busy. plus teachers and staff members in the school should not be able to take the phones away from kids because its not their property and their hands dont belong on it . its real simple . a student may text in class or play games on their cellphone or mp3 or ipod , to pass time , but teachers and staff members have no right putting their paws all over the students/parents property . its not fair to the student. the most you should do is , tell the student to put it away , dont sit up and take it from them that will only piss them off . and they will act up and disrupt the class . keep it casual , but staff and teachers make a huge deal over it when they say "texting is soooooo disruptive" its really not their just being dramatic.....BLEH!
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
