A school uniform would help making the students more equal, or at least their outfits. Students all wearing the same clothes regardless of their parents wealth might be a good idea, but even then, there would be differences in, for example, watches or shoes.

Please no swear words, this is a purely christian conversation.

I don't think a school uniform / dress code is a good idea, because it restricts the students from expressing themselves through their clothing. It just makes them feel less individual, (or maybe it's just me). Also I don't want people to tell me how to dress. Besides that, people getting bullied because of their clothing is not an issue I have ever been witness to.

I don´t think it would have a negative effect on the school performance, but I can see your point. I really don´t want somebody to tell me what to wear or what to not wear. I also couldn´t wear things that make me stand out anymore, which I´d find awful.

On the other hand I use my phone a lot and living without it sure is possible, but it can be very boring and make things like meeting up with friends a lot harder.

1 point

I agree. Imagine your parents looking at what you do on your phone all the time. That would be the complete nightmare.

Of course it's helpful being able to contact people with your phone or in some cases call for help, but most of the time it's just doing unnecessary things to kill some time. I see lots of people walking around not giving a shit about their environment and their view just glued to their phone. People talk to each other less and less because you can do with your smartphone.
