Kuwait was STEALING oil from Iraq.

After British colonial rule, borders were set by the British between Iraq and Kuwait. This resulted in a dispute over territories between the two countries. One such dispute is over the Rumaila Oilfields.

In the 1990's, Kuwait stole oil from Iraq through slant drilling technology. Iraq then demanded compensation from Kuwait which the latter blatantly refused. Not receiving compensation, Iraq had made the decision to attack Kuwait. And thus due to Kuwait's greed, the Iraq-Kuwait war had begun.

The problem with making reservations is that one still has to wait for that book to be returned before it can be tendered out to him or her therefore if the information is needed here and now making a reservation is not a viable solution.

With the use of technology, finding accurate information is so easy that there is no need for such "search assistants". Many of the information in original journals might be outdated making them unreliable in today's context. The Internet is constantly updated with new information therefore it is a better source of reference. With the large number of collaborators online it is highly unlikely that information is unreliable when so many can corroborate and agree on the specified answer.

A public library would be defined as a nonprofit source of information for reference for books for recreational reading. Today the function of using the library as a place for gathering information, has greatly lost its relevance and purpose. It is outdated and outclassed on all fronts by technological advances, more so now that the Internet has become so accessible. Google, the worlds largest search engine is able to grant you the desired answers or information in a matter of seconds. Compared to the laborious task of making a trip down to the library and searching for a book that may have been tendered out, leaving you with just as clueless and frustrated at the end of the day, utilizing a search engine will cut that time in a quarter. With such convenient access at your finger tips, the library has lost its place as a source of reference or information gathering

Yes, He should because when he made the decision to drop the Bomb on Japan he ended the war with one quick swift and decisive move.

The Bomb drop on Japan was needed to end the War as the Japanese were never going to surrender otherwise as they believed in Samurai which has the motto of never giving up and choosing Honor over life even in death. At the time there were actually plans to proceed with a full scale invasion of Japan as the Americans needed to end the war to minimize overall casualties. By dropping the bomb this has minimized the number of casualties to both sides as the full scale invasion would result in even more death and sorrow. This was also a form of revenge against the Japanese because of their cruelty to their opposition.

After the potsdam meeting the Americans gave the Japanese two opportunities to surrender but because of their belief the did not give in and continued on to fight. The death toll from the atomic bomb drops were an estimated 150,000. But if the full scale invasion was carried out another 100,000 Americans and about 1,000,000 Japanese would have died. So contrary to common belief the Bomb did not destroy lives but actually saved lives. From Truman's Point of view this was a win,win solution for both the Japanese and the Americans.

This is why it is justifiable for Truman to order the dropping of the atomic bombs on Japan.
