Aliens might (probably) exist, but I rather doubt 'they' have visited earth. We would have known. And if 'they' traveled multiple light years across the universe, why would they only appear outside the windows of crazy people? Why would they not "come down from the heavens like gods" (or whatever) instead of hiding?
UFO on the other hand exist. A UFO is just a unidentified flying object. That doesn't mean it's aliens onboard. Planes without radar are UFO's. Until they're identified. Then they're just flying objects. And when they land they're just objects.
So technically it's a yes, but if you mean they visited, then no.
