Along with attendance, students will try and get good grades and they will study for it. So I don't see what is wrong from getting money for good grades. If they don't get a good grade, no money. The school can also get money from the Government, it's not like ever one in the school is going to get good grades. And only 2 people in a class can get the highest grade get the money, easy :)

At points, I would say... This should be encouraged, because students would be happy to come, don't need to work at an early age. It's all different..
