This debate shows itself that the world really needs a leader. USA has become ruthless as evident from its stand in environment issues. The Russia has crumbled,China became an "accomplice" of USA, and this shows the world really needs a leader.
Now, what all qualities should a world leader have?
She should be rich in cultural heritage, should have human resources, should have supply of natural resources, should have the capability to consider the world as a whole with great moral values,and they should never attack any other country to gain its territory, and ,India is the only nation which qualifies all the above criteria.
But in present situation , India cannot become the world leader as the people who are against the motion said.But let me remind you, that the question is, "India has the POTENTIAL to lead the world", and the evident answer is YES.
