well then, what can you say about Caligula? I mean Caligula executed people without full trials and for forcing the Praetorian prefect, Macro, to commit suicide. Macro had fallen out of favour with the emperor, probably due to an attempt to ally himself with Gemellus when it appeared that Caligula might die of fever.
but didn't most of the history of Rome was provided by the Greeks, the Romans basically just 'perfected' it and added a little more things, just like what modern companies do, take an invention or whatsoever bs, add something and reproduce it as their 'invention' and 'creation'
