History is not so beneficial to the future to a certain extent. The world we live in is no longer what it used to be. The Singapore government continues to stress the need to 'Anticipate change and stay relevant'. This shows that it is more important to look forward to the future and adapt to any changes rather than review past mistakes. So history, in the eyes of Singapore may not be so beneficial to the future of the human race.

More concrete examples should have been given to substantiate the point about learning from past mistakes. Good topic sentence though (:
