If a woman makes the decision then it is unfair that the man has no say yet has to pay child support. It takes two people to make a baby and so it should be the decision of both parties to keep a child and if the man says no but the woman goes ahead then she should take sole financial responsibility for the child.
God does exist insofar as all concepts once conceived exist. If they did not exist then we would not know of them. However god as an entity of authority and control within the physical universe is as believable as Harry Potter being a real person.
