Do you expect Mexico to pay for the wall? If so, why would they? If not, who do you expect to pay for the wall?
No, he may get away with starting the wall, but he will not be able to finish it. There is Native American owned land that refuse to allow him to use the 75 miles of land that they have. Meaning, he will either have to commit an unconstitutional act by stripping away their land, or there will be a substantial gap.
Not to mention the cost of this so called "wall" that the United States does not have. His mention of Mexico reimbursing the U.S. is preposterous. Mexico, has no reason to pay for anything, that they didn't agree upon.
Very true, he may follow through, but at the expense of others. Also, he may "build a wall" but Mexico has no reason to reimburse the United States for a wall that was not mutually agree upon before hand. Therefore, he will not be able to follow through with his "promises".
