the league of nations caused war as countries like germany , japan and italy feel that there was no one to stop them from achieving their aims . they failed to use collective security and also they were unable to make the countries surrender their weapons which lead to the disarmament conference .The Abbyssinia crisis was also another factor that triggered world war 2. World war 1 and the peace settlement that signalled its end, the treaty of versailles , left bitter divisions between and among the european nations , however, the LON's structure was flawed and its methods were inneffective in dealing with conflicts where strong nations were involved and this lead to another full scale war.
