Regarding sex change, personally I find it abhorrent that they would allow young children to get a sex change before they can even vote. But then I also think you shouldn't be able to register to fight and die for your country before you can even drink alcohol legally.

Schools have stepped over the line countless times before, so of COURSE it's going to make the news that a principal forced a girl to dance with a boy that made her uncomfortable. Rightfully so and that principle should step down if he can't see why he was in the wrong. And?

(CNN) State lawmakers can't stop fighting about the rights of their transgender citizens: Their access to bathrooms. The sports they can play in school. Whether businesses can turn them away because of their gender identity.
But they've never weighed restrictions to transgender healthcare that are this extreme.
Since the start of the 2020 legislative session, at least six states have proposed to restrict transgender minors' access to gender reassignment treatments, including surgery and hormone therapy. Some bills would make it illegal for physicians to administer the treatments. Others would classify the act as child abuse.
The number of states contemplating whether to restrict transgender youths' access to healthcare is "unusual," said Ryan Thoreson, a Yale Law School lecturer and an LGBT rights researcher at Human Rights Watch.
No states have enacted a blanket ban on gender reassignment treatment for transgender minors. But the sheer volume of proposals this legislative session is concerning, he said.
"There are alarming signals that things like this could pass in conservative states," Thoreson told CNN.

I'd say they were involved, aka "indirectly responsible", but not directly responsible, meaning "of no guilt".
I would say you can be responsible for something but not be guilty of wrongdoing at the same time. For example, if nothing in our history ever moved, but a first thing moved, whatever made it move in the first place could theoretically be responsible for all things that move afterwards. But, they wouldn't be responsible in a guilt oriented way if 5,000,000 moves later a kid is hit by an asteroud. Nevertheless, they would still be the first cause.
A child shouldn't have a sex change until they are age to fully consent. Pedophilia is as much a sexual identity as murder....as in it's not. Girls can say no to boys for dancing and boys can say no to girls for dancing.

School In Utah Says Girls Can’t Say No To Boys At Dances
One mother in Utah is rightfully furious at her childs school after what transpired at the school's Valentine's Dance.
Her 11 year old daughter was so excited about the dance but it was ruined when her principal intervened.
While at the dance, a boy she had told her mom made her uncomfortable asked her to dance. Not wanting to, she politely declined.
When the boy told on her, the principal said it's against school policy to say "no" at dances.
The mother of course is irate at the situation and has contacted the principal but he stands firm on the situation.

Well, the Democrats in your government say a child can have a sex change, that gender is a construct, that pedophilia is a sexual identity, that a girl can't say no to a boy if he wants to dance because of his need for inclusion, and that a male can win female sports.
