I love this question, I remember my Health teacher asking us it. I'd do what I always do, because even as I am now I'm restricted or focused on being my current gender.

Technically, no, however you would still be yourself but in a woman's body. Just imagine how it would be the following morning when you wake up as yourself again, knowing that you spent the previous day fucking dudes and masturbating.
