Do you even know what eyewitness means? The bible is not an eyewitness account. How could it be? Genesis is describing how god made the world and it ends with god making humans. How could any of the humans have witnessed god making the world? Humans didn't exist. And Adam and eve didn't write genesis so who witnessed the fall of man? Nobody. The bible is not an eyewitness account it's just an account. Nobody witnessed anything. And the eyewitness accounts that are in the bible like the apostles telling their accounts of Jesus are only eyewitness accounts if you assume the apostles were real people and that what they wrote is true. A rainbow is an atompheric visual effect we see when the colors the of electromagnetis light spectrum are refracted due to particulate water droplets in the Earth's atmosphere. Often occuring after precipitation. To think that in this day and age there are still people out there deluded and supersitiously rabid enough to believe in the laughably absurd Hebrew Flood fable is truly frightening. Or depressing, I a m not sure which. The lbgt people adopted the Rainbow as a symbol of their cause, So what? Who cares? Free country, amigo. And if there WERE a god I sure would like to think he would have bigger fish to fry than worrying about such nonsense as this debate topic. You my neurotic friend seem to have waaaay too much time on your hands. maybe a job would help? Just a thought. btw: we had an awesome rainbow down here in Costa the other afternoon. a Double! This world was made for you. It's not some random natural phenomenon. The God who built this world will, at some time, take a close look and admire it. All of the Earth will be judged. Don't you want to be found worthy when God examines you? If you think being gay is going to rank highly with the Creator, well you just stick with that then. I can't judge anyone, but I can express myself. I've thought about this rainbow thing for a long time now, I just happened to see this debate. The Rainbow was originally shown to Noah as a sign of God's promise not to destroy the Earth by flood. Currently, you can't draw a rainbow without somebody thinking you're gay. I'm totally pissed about that. I'm not gonna quote Bible verses, I'll just say what is obvious. God hates fags. They are an abomination to God. All fags deserve death. Side: God WILL Judge the Earth
