Children definitely should have a mobile phone to stay in touch with parents, to tell ahead what they are planing to do or where they are planing to go...It is the matter of safety

Imagine that you don't know where your child is, what he is doing, is everything OK with him, you would be so stressed and feared about what's going on with him. You won't have a way to connect your child... Well, I don't think it is, because if a person was given a life, he/she should live it... Life is like a present, why would we get rid of such a wonderful present... I think that nothing in this world is worth a person's life... Suicidal people are sick, they have some problems with their psychics, because a normal person would never commit suicide
