In this case the restaurant is only guilty of making sure your steak was safe and not rotten. It only picked from the field with healthy cows. You would prefer risking it and going to the restaurant that takes some of its meat from poisoned or unhealthy cows. And the FDA Supreme Court even tested the process and gave it a thumbs up.
