If the criminal has done something so serious like raping hurting or killing a child then No, they should be kept away from children, which is what the justice system should make sure it happens.
People with asbo's, theft etc. should not either as they will not bring up child with good values!!
An eye for an eye is never the answer. Murder is against the law whether it is a monster doing it or the government doing it to the monster.
The convicted murderer should be imprisoned for life (life being life) they should have all privileges taken away like contact with relatives/other people apart from the guards and be kept in solitary confinement.
Prostitution is only a problem because of drugs and crime I say don't legalise it because it wont work, they are doing it for the simple reason to make money for their next fix...They hate doing it but because drugs have got a strong hold on there lives they end up resorting to selling their bodies for quick cash.
More support should be given to help them overcome their drug problem..And shame on the men who sneak off for a 'quickie' in between playing happy families and those public officials who do the same.
