the idea that a higher power determines the events that take place in your life neglects the fact you have Consciousness. your existence consists of a physical body (not controlled) and a Consciousness or soul that has free will to decide the path that it takes

Proper planing should from the government should be plans made to better its people.

Example; if all the jobs (financial income) in a small town relied on local stores and the government approved a Walmart to be built in the middle of that town and put local stores out of business and people out of work.

I understand that. but what about someone wanting to come to Canada to better themselves because they would have a better life there than the country they live in now. Can we really tell them no? Do we deserve this prosperity more than they do? Is the earth not for all of us to benefit fit from? Why should some people be stuck with such small portions of resources, dont they deserve everything this earth has to offer them?

We live in a society created by our ancestors not our doing.humanity can no longer afford to uphold our ancestors code of conduct. humanity's survival depends on the people of today, building a better tomorrow. the youth pick up where the old left off with everyone being taught their values from their parents who got theirs from their parents. We have lost sight as to whats truly important. We dont need to live this way. we have been misled in our lives that has lead us to use our lives in a manner witch you disagree with. we create the future and our core moral values deside what that future will be.

We are like ants populating this world. The only difference between us is we come from different homes. We all want the same thing but that fake boarder between country's makes us vs you when were better off working together. No good will come from millions of people fighting eachother when we all want the same thing

the way you are thinking is self centered. its the whole idea " not in my back yard" yeah i want people to not starve in 3rd world country's but if it means i don't have as much food that's unacceptable. we call are selves fortunate we have so much its because we dont let anyone else have any and are content cause we got what we need and thats all that matters. its sick

the thing your missing about socialism is its not slavery when its for the common good of everyone. where to focused on self prosperity instead of success of the entire group it has become competition between one another. a chance for what? million dollars? yeah theirs prosperity for you but your working for yourself and not helping anyone else

sorry, im saying the economic system capitalism is bad because it lets westerners live a life style that is bad. capitalism brings with it the western way of life that are despicable and ignorant. capitalism is bad socialism is good.

capitalism is wrong from the ethics it brings to the people. the morals and priorities it gives people makes us work against each other and is un productive. following these ethics makes you care for yourself and not the collective group (humans) were no different all of us yet we do stuff only for our selves to better our selves. witch is why western society is wrong. it profits individuals when where living in a world with so many people we cant think of the individual anymore but need to band together as a collective group to bettwer everyone. capitalism is a excuse to work only for yourself not the population.

we have no more rights to the bountiful resources our big nations give us than anyone else in the world. other countreys with a fraction of the land and harsh agriculture are just screwed and we just dont care cause were thriving

guy goes into a school a kills 15 people and it shocks a nation. when the number of deaths from drinking and driving vastly exceed those numbers. what issues we choose to concern ourselves with is absurd. our own country the place we call home sells its people cancer causing cigarettes killing people, kids starving all over the world. please expand your concern horizons their are much bigger problems going on in the world
