It really depends on what all veterans means, anything more than one year may not classify myself as a veteran, but I, PrayerFails, hope that others recognize that I have brought serious, classy and intelligent arguments and debates, and those who have debated myself can appreciate my viewpoints as I appreciated theirs.

Amen to that, Joe. Veterans..I mean anyone from the Kukla-Jake-Joe-John generation. I mean...I think I'm rounding the two-year base coming up...but this new account, of course is only days old. Yeah...are any of those folks still about? They're not on the leaderboards, that's for sure.

While I may not be considered a veteran debater, I have noticed the recent lack of quality on this site and it irks me. I do appreciate the efforts of people on this site that try to keep the debate standards high.

I call those rough patches. They've happened before, and those are the times that I hardly debate. but I always end up finding a topic to blow up.
