"1 capitalized :the supreme or ultimate reality"
So what does it mean to say, "I do not believe in God" or "I do not know if there is God" or "There is no God"? What does it mean to say, "I believe in God".
I believe in The Supreme and Ultimate Reality. Surely this is greater than I or anyone.
Humble yourself before God.
Who's your daddy?
Pantheism as defined by Merriam-Webster is...
"a doctrine that equates God with the forces and laws of the universe"
The universe is defined by Merriam-Webster as...
"the whole body of things and phenomena observed or postulated"
The Supreme and Ultimate Reality is not contingent on observation or postulation. Therefore, God is greater than the universe.
Panentheism may be closer to what I am expressing than pantheism.
I am a monotheist. There is only One True God, The Supreme and Ultimate Reality.
I believe in The One True God. My God is The Supreme and Ultimate Reality.
Not everyone worships my God as their God, but my God is still their God. Their acknowledgment is not necessary.
The scoffers and mockers might say, "I can say that about anything, let alone your God!"
But they have no understanding. My God is The Supreme and Ultimate Reality. My God is not "anything".
I can not say there is much I know. It is by faith, that is, with strong conviction, I believe God The Almighty, The Supreme Being, and Ultimate Reality.
