over what time period?

probably, I assume we are talking about console/pc games

Depends on how I got the money

Hell yeah, I'd buy all the 50$ games. Like Sleeping dogs, Guild Wars 2, and Dragon's Dogma.

Maybe depending on what games they are! But I wouldn't spend the full 500 All on games at the same time but over the time probably a £10 here and there

Side: yes

Only if the game had state of the art 4K images and looked so real that it would take your breath away.

Nah... I'd save up $900 more, and buy a beastly asus laptob.

Smart idea! I would save up money and then get your laptop. I just got my laptop last month. I would rather have a laptop then $500 worth of games.

Side: no

Why would I spend $500 on games, when I could just "buy it" on the BuyItBay.

Side: no

I guess many people would not do that. stupid and silly thing to do. Who would spend it on games? I would spend it on books

I don't think I would have $50 dollars to spend on games! Why not buy something of useful aspects like a laptop, desktop, game system bundle, etc.

If I wasted $500 on something that will only occupy me for a certain amount of time then it would be a failure. Spend $500 on something you would use forever is worth the cash quantity.

$500? Nah, pass. I'd rather save up to buy something useful, or save up for university! That would be more useful. Games wear off after a while...

I would much rather save up the money than spend it on games. I wouldn't be like 'Oh my, this game seems awesome! Let's buy it!' Then one month later, I'll be like 'This game is sooooo boring now, Ima rage quit it.' Instead, why not save up the money for other things, such as daily necessities, for example, food. What more, when I become a retiree in the future (60++ years later), I would still have some savings to use!
