For many reasons, I think having a government is very necessary. Our government does a lot for us and we benefit from having a government in our daily lives without noticing. Without a government, we would not have rules which would create chaos around the country and there would be no justice for any crimes committed. Our government protects us by establishing a set of laws to abide by and keep us safe. The government also provides us with services such as the fire department, police protection, health care, education, and hospitals through our taxes. Our tax dollars are also used to benefit our countries welfare. Our government also ensures that our water is clean and our food is safe from any kinds of bacteria. The government is always doing things to protect our country and keep us safe as individuals as well. Without one, our country would be a very dangers place to live in.
