I do not believe that war is justified because there are always other alternatives then what happened during all of the wars. one example is when in the Indian Wars, the Americans came in and took over the Indian Territory forcefully. They mass murdered them and forced them to leave their home. This also goes against the proportionality principle because there were way more Americans then there were Indians.
