My name is James Madison and I believe that we should go to war against Britain. 1. The British have been raiding our ships and capturing our men out at sea. 2. Their ships hover around our ports and just harass the ships that we have entering and leaving the ports. 3. Britain is selling weapons to the savages in the west so they will attack us and try to gain our scalps.
