Will Biden actually be the Democrat candidate for President?

I would think that it is realky unlikely. It's aparent that the DNC instructed all of the other contenders to bow out to block Bernie from winning the nomination. Biden was a last ditch effort to block Sanders. But he is in rapid declining cognitive health, cannot beat Trump, and they know it. There is little doubt in my mind that the DNC will point to Biden's cognitive struggles and just hand pick a candidate, as if that's not what they've always done but in a much more subtle way.
