No, The government shouldn't be able to control the population because in my opinion it's inhumane. The government shouldn't control weather you have a child or not because it shouldn't be their choice, it should be the choice of the parents, so I believe that pro-Natalist policies should be put in effect instead of Anti-natalist policies. For example how would you feel as a parent if your wife (or yourself) can't have a child or are limited to a less number than you anticipated. Wouldn't that make you feel terrible? That is why I believe that Pro-Natalia policies are the way to go
