I think that war is justified for the most part. Most of the time war is justified because the United States have good intentions but in some cases, for example; American Indian wars were not justified because it was over land. On the other hand some wars are like the civil war, it had good intentions and was the last outcome because the opposing sides couldn’t meet in the middle.
I think that Russia made a great decision selling Alaska to America, they did not have the resources to gather resources, and explore in Alaska. Also the Russian empire was to weak and could not defend a British attack in Alaska. It was a good decision of selling it, getting the money and not having a chance of loosing it to Britain their enemy.
