Take a moment and think about this.
When you see a person that is so handicapped that he can only sit in a chair all day long, have you ever thought that inside his head he is totally normal? He is conscious, he has opinions and more importantly, and what I want to discuss now, is that he also has needs.
Needs? Wtf am I talking about? A handicapped boy that can't move his arms, still has sexual needs, and there is no way he can fulfill his needs. He can't even jerk off.
So what I want to debate is - do you think it would be acceptable for a mother of such a boy to pay someone to do it for him? Not necessarily have sex with him, but just you know .. do the stuff for him, since he is physically unable to do it himself? Someone professional?
Because the mother certainly can't do it herself, that would be very uncomfortable for both her and the handicapped person.. and illegal I think too. And these mother have requested this service, it has been in debating in some countries - because these people show clear signs of that they have sexual needs.
Some nurces are willing to go into the patients room, place a vibrator on .. ''them'' .. walk out of the room, and come in again when they're done, and be totally professional about it.
How do you feel about this? Totally unaccetable? Or what?

There is a market for this; I just think you'd need to be careful that the disabled person can explicitly request sexual release. In Nevada they have legal prostitution; although I'm not sure, I'd think they would have people who specialized in this. Are you suggesting we define this practice as separate from prostitution? Like 'specialized physical therapy'? 1
