I do not think that we have any right to not be offended, and as far as the evidence goes that seems to be the only substantiated "harm" involved in this scenario. That seems a rather trivial basis for restricting the private individuals' freedom of expression. Side: I Agree with Dr. Ben Carson

Actually, I think that it does but do not see any clear or direct harm to micro aggression itself (certainly nothing to merit censorship of free expression). When the Left starts censoring the many things that offend Conservatives, then we will talk. The Left is the biggest bunch of hypocrites on this planet. They want to censor private businesses from expressing their beliefs, but when it comes to their Politial correct agendas, it is ok to offend Christians, or any people who do not agree with their views.
