Sure. It's mostly teenagers who have trouble being friends with the opposite gender, however women and men who already married to other people can be friends with each other. Even if they're not married, they could be friends. Especially if there are homosexuals because that completely takes away the possibility of a relationship. Side: Yes

As if between women and women there are absolutely no sexual desire from each side. I'm not saying all women are bi sexual, but I feel when push comes to shove, many women know what other women desire, sexually, and are naturally more comfortable around each other when changing, going to the restroom, whatever, way more than men are. I do believe men and women can be just friends without having any sexual desires for each other. I do agree though that male and female both desire sex, that is natural. Side: Yes
Yes, I agree that the majority of women have sexual desires towards other women, even if they are completely straight they wouldn't toss aside the idea of a threesome with another woman involved. But women will never be as comfortable around their girlfriends as their men friend for the simple reason that there could be some sexual tension created. Side: Yes
