You said the universe is closed. We don't know if it is or not. We don't know if anything enters our universe from outside it. So you can't say it's closed.

But even if it WAS closed it doesn't refute evolution.

Evolution happens on earth. So the system were talking about is earth. The 2nd law only applies if earth is a closed system which it isn't. Earth receives energy from the sun so it isn't closed.

This turned out to be a surprising observation for people who were aware that this theme park existed but had not visited personally or researched it. The reason many uninformed people seemed to picture a mini Disneyland in relation to this theme park may be owing to the fact that Hovind was charged in 2006 with 45 felony counts of tax evasion and13 other related charges. The impression exuded is of a man living in a mansion and drawing in an inordinate amount of money. To get an idea of the utter lack of quality this theme park suffered, consider that back in Hovind's heyday, the page on his website that provided information on the Dinosaur Adventure Land schedule indicated that on certain days the park closed . .....
