The ''Onion man'' belittles his office and embarrasses the nation. Did we see President Franklin D, Roosevelt cry after Japan's sneak attack on Pearl Harbour when over 2500 U.S., service men lost their lives? Did George Bush cry after 9/11 which incurred 3000 civilian deaths? No, we did not, what we saw were two strong and resolute leaders who vowed to seek out and destroy those dastardly cowards who took American lives. 1. Are you saying that FDR or Bush didn't cry? Google "George Bush Emotional". 2. Also, are you saying one must be a sociopath who doesn't show his feelings to be a strong leader? One cannot have sympathy or anger, just be vengeful? I don't want a leader like that. 3. If you are embarrassed that a person is sad because defenseless people died, then leave the country. In fact, GWB Jr. was VERY emotional after 9/11, just the attack that you referenced. And, like Obama, he did something about it. So your being hypocritical, for a reason which shouldn't even be criticized. It's actually kind of sad that you think a ruler should hide his emotions after outrageous, tremendously sad events. Let's see. It's been 7+ years and he has taken NO ONES guns. He only has a few months left and doesn't have the time OR inclination, to take any ones guns (as he has often said). He just realizes that America has far more people with "mental health problems" than any other industrialized country, and those who don't have those "problems", want them to have guns so that THEY can shoot the "mentally ill" legally. That's the kind of "idiot" he is. That makes ME, a gun lover from WAY back, an idiot too.
