The end of the World is due, by all accounts on 21st December 2012. The Maya codex agrees, the legend of Nibaru agrees, Nostradamus ( who will agree to anything) agrees, the Book of Revelations reveals nohing, but hints.But I need to know, will it be before or after lunch?

Hey, I thought that too. I actually thought all the 2k stuff was seriously just about us entering the year 2000.... and for no other reason, whatsoever. Then I was reading a biography of the former FBI Director, Mr. Freeh, and he was talking about how the middle east..specifically the um.. Hazabollah (dammit, I don't know and can't find the correct name of that group, but you probably know what I'm referring to), I think, were planning to commit some terrorist acts on America on that new years eve... but I think they caught them before it could happen or they just couldn't pull it off, for some reason, I don't remember. But now that I think about it, I think we'll be hearing a lot more threats and warnings from the middle east psychos that feel the need to blow up our country. Just a thought. Oh, but i don't think it has anything to do with Obama. But maybe it could... I mean, we're hearing about the Middle East being mad at him for some dumb shit, what gives they'll stop now?

His term actually ends in January of 2013.... Although if there were an End coming, I know that I'd like someone who believes in the power of science in the office. My brother is Schizophrenic, and he keeps talking about how the earth is moving towards the center of our Galaxy. According to him we pass through a gravitational plain in the galaxy every so many years, and about that same time there is a massive extinction on earth... What he's talking about is the polar realignment set to happen anytime soon. I forget if it's anywhere near 2012 or not, though. But yes, it happens periodically when the sun aligns directly with the black hole in the center of the Milky Way. Basically all the chaos you can imagine from our planet starting to rotate a different way. I was gonna post where I read this, but I guess they really are wacky sites. I thought I read it somewhere legitimate at first though :(

I saw a special on the History Channel about the anti-Christ and the end of the world and they said that many signs from Revelation can be seen today or have the possibility of surfacing soon (I can't remember specifics). They also pointed out that the anti-Christ would most likely be a politician who is charismatic and loved by the public. Now, who else has those qualities....?

That's not a threat. It's an interpretation of prophecy. I don't pick sides. I just look in amazement at the chaos ;) BTW, the prophecy refers to the Anti-Christ, not Obama, unless of course Obama is the Anti-Christ ;)

That's really wrong. As much as I disagree with any president, I have never fantasized about their deaths or thought about assassinating them or anything like that. The only thing I have ever wanted for a bad president is an impeachment, but then his vice president would be in power and those guys haven't been all that amazing in past years...

WARNING! Strong anti Bush opinions. Please don't throw a hissy fit, I warned you. I know. I wanted Impeachment! But that was not happening. It got to a point where it was death or nothing. But I would've had to kill Cheney first, then Bush. I don't wish death upon anyone... I'm anti death penalty. But I felt that they were doing so much bad in the world, 2 lives would have been worth the millions saved, to me. I don't worry about them now. I didn't want them dead, just gone. Now the only thing I want from them is an apology for all the bad they have done. It infuriates me that Bush is so content with himself now.... I just want him to realize that some success in Africa doesn't make up for the other shit he pulled. AND THAT'S MY OPINION! Don't bother with you "boo hoo, Bush was great, crap." This is not the place for that. I feel my way, you feel yours. I get it. (That applies to everyone but MKIced. He can plant me for whatever I say, if he wants.)

My only point was that it's pretty bad to say you have fantasized about killing the president. I, however, do NOT think "Bush was great". LOL. He was a pretty bad president- not the worst though. I mean, he did keep us safe and that's all I ask for. You know? But other than that, I'm not getting into a debate about Bush right now. Most Americans agree with you.... to some degree. :) Just maybe not as intense.

I dunno... maybe it's the fact that I want to go to the Naval Academy, but I think I've been groomed by my parents or my sister to honor the president no matter who he is or what he does. Doesn't mean I have to like him, but I respect the presidents and I understand that their jobs are not easy- every decision they make is scrutinized by the media to some degree. Imagine the entire country being angry at you every time you do... well anything. :|

I just don't think he was qualified. I equate his term to negligence. If you know you're not fit to do a job, then let someone else do it. I don't think he had the brain power, or dedication to do the job properly. I don't let someone lead me so blindly. No matter what society thinks. Just because he is the "president" doesn't make him infallible.
