Back when we were talking about the wallstreet bailout and previous auto bailout it made sense. Now it just doesnt. Weve wasted too much money on these failures of companies. The taxpayers shouldnt be responsible for that failure. Invest the money in green renewable energy and public transportation instead to get us off our dependency on cars anyways. We need to move beyond cars as the main mode of transportation in the US. Side: Um.. No
