There are no such thing as "bad children", but bad parents.
Can you find it to be true that a child only acts bad due to their parent's behavior. Or are there other
baring factors that define a bad child?

One thing to remember about parents is that they can't always be there for their children. Children have friends, acquaintances, idols, teachers, coaches, etc that also play parts in a kid's upbringing and the parents can't always be there to supervise, like if the kids are at school and the parents are at work. Sure, parents are the most important people in a child's upbringing, but they aren't the only people interacting with the child. Side: False

I dont think so. Parents get angry at their children because of rational reasons. Like going out without permission, being arrogant, etc. SOme parents know what they are doing, and some children haven't really learned their lesson, cause mostly, some are immature. Some kids are also bad, and yet their parents are being patient with them. SO I'd say that the attitude of the child does not depend on his parent's attitude. Side: False
