Nope. I know many women in my grade, that do wear short skirts, and are smart. Your clothing dosen't show how smart you are.

This is a logical fallacy. I have not really that many skirts, but none are the same length- does this mean that I am less inteligent when I wear a miniskirt than when I wear a floor-length dress?

I would guarantee that a woman's knowledge is equal to the length of her skirt. I mean, i think i know what you are thinking. That it is kinda stupid to wear a short skirt in public because you can draw attention, even negative attention that can result in rape. In that perception, the woman isn't too smart in that category. But in other categories such as math, science, and/or history, that woman can have so much knowledge.

You can put the smartest woman in the shortest skirt, still she has her mind. So calling a woman totally unwise, totally ignorant, is not true. ("Totally" being the word).
