Donald Trump because he genuinely agrees with an opinion like yours.

Donald Trump denies climate change and proposes further war with Islam, thus increasing their hatred towards the West.

If you consider the two biggest threats to Western Civilisation these two things then Donald Trump will make them worse.

Also, why are you only focusing on Western Civilisation?

Islam is only perceived to be dangerous because of a few radical fundamentalists who are fighting against a giant, oppressive force. This force is The USA and Donald Trump is an excellent representation of a deeply flawed political system. Islamic terrorism does not appear out of nowhere, it comes directly from the brutal, indiscriminate, military action from a country with poorly disguised imperialistic motives, the principal of which is obtaining oil.

When you devastate a country in order to exploit its resources there is little wonder there is a violent backlash. In fact I'm surprised it isn't worse. Donald Trump's policies, and those of his predecessors (Obama included) create terrorism. Not Islam. Islam is just the scapegoat that the American media use to excuse their awful actions in these countries.

Furthermore, Donald Trump denies climate change, that looming, imminent catastrophe that requires immediate action.

It depends on the definition of "best". If by "best" you mean the most technologically advanced then yes. In respect of human rights, potentially although unlikely. In terms of positive impact on global society then absolutely not. In fact I would go as far to say that i terms of its effects on the world, The USA is by far the worst country in the world.

What can The USA do? Stop waging imperialistic wars on resource rich nations under the cheap disguise of spreading democracy. Stop filling the world's minds with materialistic capitalistic consumerism. Stop willfully ignoring the clear scientific evidence pointing towards climate change and imminent disaster. Most of all, use its position as most powerful country in the world to make a positive change rather than systematically destroying itself.

How can any country who has Donald Trump as a presidential candidate be the best country in the world?

There is clearly confusion here as to what cloning is as a process. Cloning is creating an organism that is genetically identical to another. This process starts by inserting the genome of an existing organism into the egg cell of an organism of the same species. This egg cell is then transplanted into the womb of a surrogate mother where it grows and is born, just like a normal organism. This would not confer any benefit to producing meat, in fact it would be extremely lengthy, expensive and dangerous.

The other suggestion put forward is to create a cow using some sort of advanced 3D printer using another cow as a template. This vastly underestimates the complexity of an organism. This is essentially creating life from scratch and scientists can't even do that for a simple cell, let alone an organism containing billions of them. In addition, an organism is dynamic, it is constantly changing due to signalling and cell replication. A copied cow would not be able to replicate this and would never live. This way is extremely unlikely, even perhaps to the point of being impossible.
