Also I should add this----- It is very necessary to rule with an iron fist otherwise things can get out of control very quickly. If a death penalty was put in place or my being deported to Siberia for say.....Graffiti no one would EVER do it. Though that is a ridiculous punishment you get the idea. I disagree Chuck, though it has nothing to do with my Grandfather teaching me money is the secret to happiness. 2 wrongs do not make a right they make it equal. IF they implement it like they do in the U.S it is very time consuming and costly. If it was to be used the system in China would be best. If they is undeniable evidence I think they should be given a choice between death or spending life in a work camp. To me I think the person who committed the crime should be forced to pay reparations to the country and the people he affected in say some mine. Once reparations are payed we are all equal and everyone is happy. Except that guy doing the work. I do not think this is harsh as the person who had done it deserves it. YAY KARMA!
I agree. I do not think it would happen, but if it did because of parasite they is no parasite close enough to be able to do it, and for the closest parasite to evole in to that it would take many thousands of years. You do not honestly believe radiation would do that?
In reality radiation does not turn you in to spider man, all what will happen is getting radiation poisoning, this may lead to a cancer. This is a pretty open question though, zombies as in supernatural demonic or some sought of disease. Not enough evidence for either though.

Yeah I agree. Though nothing against that kind of music and it is better to have people supporting it rather then that current main stream music. But posting it will not change anyones opinion it is just showing what it is.
I would like to say though you can normally not understand what they are saying and it just sounds like somebody kicked them in the balls.
The lyrics are not important though I think most just like the loud noise as it gets your adrenalin going or something like that. I am happy getting my adrenaline going with lets say Mozart " Requiem Dies Irae ". Now this I can twiddle my finger to while I drink a cup of tea and not get scared by the guy with the funny hairstyle.
Also to the person who said "they make our brain inactive". I do play a lot of PC games and honestly that is when I think the most out of the whole day no kidding. The games some people like me play are essentially just more complicated versions of chess.
As for those one which require less thinking it is still making you think. Though not much the alternative to the person who would likely be on them and want to entertain themselves would be to watch TV or surf the net both pretty brain numbing and

I still think for violence, it may be violent but most times of history are pretty violent. I know that those who grew up in the child friendly 60s and 70s they were not many violent video games. Yet they was fears of complete and utter nuclear destruction, some fun little genocides the Vietnam war. So I am sure If you had a choice for kids to go to Vietnam for real when they are 18 and play Russian roulette instead of video games that is your opinion. And those who say it rots the mind of children, yes maybe it does but if you are the parent then why give it to them. They have an age rating so the only ones to blame are the parents. I personally think it is like a knife its a tool and can be used however the user wants it to be used it can be used to stalk, social network with friends, plainly just chat and even as a strong business tool. I myself think people spend way to much time on it I have not even seen it for about 6 months so I can not complain. So really do what you want with it, but it just ain't my cup of tea.
Also, who says a totalitarian government is bad? People sent personal gifts to Hitler during his reign some are actually still archived in Berlin, I plan to visit them in some weeks actually. My mother grew up in a totalitarian government and went to all the compulsory communist kids clubs and she is only semi brainwashed.
Yes I completely agree with you. But it would be interesting to say all country that are communist became communist through military means, once they have order and the general actually stop here a general is a general not a politician though useful during wartime they have all the qualities of a dictator. Anyway one a government is established with a crap load of weapons and one big general in charge no matter what government it is pretty obvious what will happen take those African dictators for example they are not communist but they do the same----

Though I think democracy can be good it is a very very big area. Democracy can be a nation with no leaders and everyone just voting or it can be a 2 party system. Essentially a choice between a kick and a punch.
In my opinion the most effective and realistic government would be a communist government where the state owns the factories. This however has its problems like random shortages and not very good quality products as the state has no competition.
As for rule the most effective is if one person is in charge, but this will only work if the person in charge is good. realistically a system of voting for the leader for say terms of 5 years would be most effective and he should be impeached on vote if he fails.
Just as a point, in some cases early government is Religion almost all of the earliest civilizations were formed on the basis that the government was essentially a region.
An example is the Egyptians believing the pharaohs were god similar with the completely parallel Aztecs. In fact all Kings and Queens of Europe claimed to have divine the divine right to rule as they were chosen by God.----Just thought I might add this in.

The end of the British empire and European supremacy after World War 2 Left only 2 truly powerful nations Russia and the US. After the collapse of the soviet Union only the US was the worlds true super power. So after a brief party in the US they are already beginning to decline in power and economy. So with the lovely Rising powers of India and china it is safe to say they will play a big role in the future. Oddly I read a book from 1911
