As a shop owner, you have the right to refuse service to someone. The person should not be upset by this for one main reason. Though they refused you, they are not profiting off of you. You did not pay them so therefore as harsh as it is, there are many other stores around.
The store owner absolutely has the right to refuse service for religious reasons. We have the first amendment which grants the freedom of religion. If your religion is against something such as homosexuality, then you have the right to believe that too. You also have the right to refuse people who request your service if they contradict your religious beliefs.
Ultimately, as a Christian, we can never fully prove God exists, we can provide arguments for reasons explaining why many Christians believe in God, however, these arguments can usually only prove a supreme being. The main principle behind the Christian religion is faith in God. If we could 100 percent prove God was real, then is there really even any faith there?
As to your statement of proof, it is nearly impossible to believe that everything that is and was has been a product of cataclysmic event such as the big bang. When we look at the complexity of our own DNA for example. The structure alone and the working of it and its conversion to RNA is way to complex to have happened by accident.
I want you to follow me a bit on this: if we were to find a single cell on mars or any other planet, we would consider it life. Why should it be that when their is developing baby or fetus as many like to say it, we consider less than life. It is as if because it is not born yet, it is not considered living yet. This could not be further from the truth. If we are going to consider a single cell organism life, then we must consider an organism that is consisting of millions of cells and containing intelligence life as well.
Also, if a person robs and bank and gets caught, we send them to jail. If a person is caught speeding, we give them a ticket. If someone causes an accident, their insurance premiums go up. We as a whole make mistake daily. We have to face those mistakes and suffer the consequences. If you get pregnant my mistake, that is your child. Your consequence is raising it. We cannot always run away from our problems. We must learn to face them. Abortion is just a way to run away from our problems.
If a citizen enters illegally, they are not an American citizen, therefor the Constitution does not apply to them. They can not be granted the rights and freedoms of the Constitution because it only applies to those are legal American citizens.
