Living in DC area for more than 40 years and I can tell.
Traffic has been always heavy at rush hour in this city. It was in the past a heavy traffic going to the city in the mornings, and heavy traffic going out of the city at afternoons.
Today the heavy traffic is both ways mornings and afternoons.
The population has increased, of course, but the real problem is not population in numbers but new construction in numbers inside a central location.
When I moved to this city I used to pick up 2x4 leftovers from a construction site and deliver them to an intersection on 7th Street/Georgia Avenue in North West. Over there, in an ally lots of homeless had a barrel which was used to be lit with fire in order to warm them up in Winter. They used to fill up the barrel with broken chairs, etc. In those years most business were established in one floor buildings.
Years later, the city started to change a lot. Homeless were lesser in number, I have no idea were they went because the only ones still staying lived in the "Federal area" around the monuments. The color of residents in several streets changed from black to white, and old houses were remodeled changing the whole interior and building them again. Areas were drug business was made outside in the streets, started to be closed and new construction took place.
Until 25 to 30 years ago, the new buildings in downtown were to have the old colonial style, and many new constructions were made saving the whole front of the old building. But, new administrations revoked such requirement and new building appeared in modern styles.
Office buildings and residential buildings started to replace one floor old constructions. Many areas which were "parks" started to be occupied by buildings. The old traditional motto of preserving those green areas to let the city breathing better was gone... money talks, and surely the new Mayors and city councils have had very good cuts or monetary incentives to change completely the old plan made to have a healthy capital city.
The new city plan is so bad, that after the remodeling of the Mather Luther King library, parking was not included. And today, if you want to visit that library and read a book, it will cost you $15 an hour for parking... better will be for you to keep being an illiterate ha ha ha ha ha
In other words, the city has been planned to remove minorities and low income people. Most of Public Housing properties have disappeared in Washington DC, to be replaced by private business and residential. (Of course Public Housing properties were surely centers of prostitution, drugs and people living on food stamps, but that was also because government employees never did properly their job. Something that I can tell).
Having more housing and business in downtown area is causing a huge traffic trap everyday. The population has not increased much in this zone of the city, but the business buildings are filled with lots of new employees who prefer driving their cars rather than taking Metro.
The State of Virginia has found a way to collect good money from this problem, and is charging an average of $13 for using their main exit from Washington DC after crossing one of the bridges. (Perhaps Virginia State or the correspondent city will do the same with the other main bridge at 14th Street, but I think that won't happen because is a route to the airport). On the other hand Maryland suffered a lot when absorbing most of low income people who moved out when Public Housing properties were demolished. (Note that those properties were partially demolished already by the residents of those buildings, you have no idea how those people destroyed everything in those properties)
Point is that yes, higher population might be a cause for heavy traffic in cities, but I think that the bigger problem is the poor planning that has been enforced, when business received green light to fill up the blocks with huge buildings lots of offices and apartments in downtown areas. Washington DC is getting rich with parking tickets and also moving violations. This is another consequence of the bad traffic planning, made with the intention of making profit for the city.
Another consequence of Relativity theories found as fiction is that black holes do not exist as well.
Today there is an immense propaganda saying that huge black holes have been detected even in our galaxy. The "fake news" media has went that far that an assumed picture of a black hole was released to the masses not long ago (?).
A piece of paper is claiming that a collapsed star compresses so hard that its particles concentrate with such a force that ends as a strong dense body. This assumed dense body is capable of pull back its own light and and impede its escape. This incredible new celestial body is also capable to cause the pulling of everything around, including "space", "stars", "planets" and old propaganda included the pulling of "time".
But, all of that is just fiction. A star 100 times the size of the sun -following the calculations made on its collapsing according to the paper- will end with a size no greater than 3 times the earth's diameter.
Such a small black hole in physical reality won't be capable to attract even flies, come on... lets be serious here, black holes is not science but also fiction.
The inventors of the black holes phenomenon didn't know what they were talking about, they were experts in Relativity theories but complete ignorant in physics and science in general.
A collapse star of such a category and size will become simply a dead body in space, and will be subjected to the force of gravity of any star passing by close to it. Basic physics debunks Relativity and its assumed consequences.

Lets check where is the beef here, how it comes gas prices will go up without reason and why car companies are adding the production of electric cars between their models.
To start, building an electric car costs less than building a gas fueled car. The second advantage is that electric cars are sold at almost twice the price of a gas fueled car with same features. In this part alone, the car companies have a sure mine gold if, read carefully, if people start to buy electric cars like crazy.
In order to sell those expensive cars, the manipulation of the media is the vehicle to convince the ignorant to choose the electric car instead of the gas fueled car.
Disadvantages for the new electric car owner are a lot:
1)- The car owner can't fix his car. No more house garage work, you mess with any electronics and you can destroy the whole base computer board of your vehicle.
2)- To recover the difference of money you apparently save buying an electric car against buying a gas fueled car it will pass from 7 to 10 years. So, 10 years from, the gas fueled car owner can sell his car and buy a new one, while you will be stuck with your 10 years old electric car because its battery is old, and the electric car battery costs is half of the price of the car. Who will buy you an electric car 10 years from now? Pray to find an idiot because a guy with basic common sense won't buy your old electric car. Dealers will give pennies for your 10 years old electric car.
3)- Then, gas fueled car owners have the opportunity to change cars every 10 years and always drive the latest model, while electric car owners are obligated to sell and buy new cars every 3 years if they want to update vehicles and obtain a reasonable price for his old car. Even so, their new electric car will suck lots of their money again.
4)- Soon, insurance companies will charge higher to electric car owners. If the electric car hits another car or a street pole or a wall or, is hit by another car, and this accident causes a partial breaking of the base computer board under the seats of the car, then the whole circuit board must be replaced, and by the cost of work and parts there will be no other choice but declaring total loss. In a near future insurance companies will rise electric car premiums because this reason, the high cost of their parts and repairs.
5)- The reasons of buying electric cars over gas fueled cars are many:
a)- You like these cars don't make noise.
b)- You love their designs. This only applies for fancy cars only, because usually cheaper electric cars look like ugly robots in wheels, and their wheel covers look like trash can lids.
c)- The propaganda makes you an idiot telling you that buying an electric car you are "saving the world". Such is a common lie and is one of the main reasons why people is buying them. To help breaking such ignorance, enough is to compare the temperature records of planet Mars before sending the Mariners, when the Mariners went close to that planet, and the current temperature of Mars. The records show that planet Mars temperature has been rising up since decades ago, and as far as we know, there are no Martians driven gas fueled cars over there. If you think you are saving the planet from climate change because you stop using gas fueled cars, then surely your legs have been pulled. Scientific evidence shows that human actions are not the cause of climate change, the rise of temperatures have been detected in Venus, earth and Mars.
In conclusion, buying electric cars is the worst investment in your life if you don't earn enough to do their maintenance when is needed. If you are a "Do it yourself" person, electric cars are definitively not for you.
Buy an electric car only if you like them as cars, but don't do it if you think you are doing a favor to planet earth because such is just an illusion. In reality our planet climate has changed so many times that our records show higher climate temperatures than today that happened 3000 years ago, 2000 years ago, and so forth. In those times nobody was driving gas fueled cars.
Best practical vehicles still are the gas fueled cars, and if one day oil wells get dry, then and only then you can opt for electric cars, right now is not necessary and its just a waste of money from your part.
Don't buy electric cars until their price match evenly a gas fuel car with same features. Force car producers to lower their prices just by stop buying them. Only after their prices get lower and cost the same as gas fueled cars, then you really will make a good deal, because seen you buying those overpriced cars is laughable, you have let those companies to make you an idiot.. a complete idiot.

If Russia decides to test a nuclear bomb in Ukraine, then the rest of the world will return back to their own business, because no other country will put a risk to themselves against Russia because its capability to send nuclear devices to all around the world.
In a extreme case, any country with nuclear devices and missiles with capabilities of going out the space, can easily explode a nuclear bomb in space and all the satellites will stop working... and the communications of the entire world will become mute, deaf and blind. Line services must have to be restored until years later new satellites are send back again to space.

I still thinking that Putin is not a crazy and ambitions person, I think Ukraine provoked Russia and this current invasion is the answer. Besides, recent news are showing some fishy business with labs and bats, and bad news it appears the US is involved.

In the past I have had cameras going thru my esophagus and my rectum. I those four opportunities I was aware of what was going on, this is to say, doctors allowed me even to look a the screen and see my stomach and my intestines.
However, after 10 years I decided to follow the suggestion made by my former doctor, of having those procedures again. But, it happens that the specialist whom I visited very recently, told me I will need a driver because they will put me to sleep in both procedures. The reason for a driver is to have help going back home because the anesthesia side effects.
It happens that after the former procedures I remember I went shopping and even went to the disco at night. So I'm not in the mood to have those procedures if I am not aware of what is going on. Introducing a camera and possible taking of samples won't require anesthesia because is not suppose to be painful. I didn't experienced pain in the former procedures, the doctors were very careful.
So, I don't want to talk bad about this new specialist, and isn't that I don't trust him, but I will look for another doctor or I will simply pass at this time and leave it that way. I'm old already and if anything weird is inside my body, I think it won't matter me much if I can continue walking fine, continuing messing up with you guys in these forums, eating good meals (I'll have Rib Eye steak BBQ this weekend) and surviving easily the COVID 19.
I know I will miss myself if I die one day, but if I go to the doctor just to check my health, then I must be aware of what is going on in that room.
By the way, you can't have those procedures very often unless is necessary to follow up surgeries or removal of tumors, etc.

Without exception all those methods are based in our planet's motions: it's rotation and orbit. When you say you are 40 years old you are simply saying you have orbited 40 times around the Sun. You have compared the complete periods of our planet around the Sun (regular motion) with the development of your existence.
What I'm presenting you here is sure evidence. You will have a very hard time trying to discard it. It will be a vain attempt from your part.
On the other hand, Relativity theories lack of showing a single evidence that time exists physically, that flows and that becomes flexible when objects travel fast. Relativity theories presenting formulas in pieces of paper mean nothing in the physical world and mean nothing to science.
Science demands physical evidence and Relativity theories have not provided any. Your lack of explanation of how it happens that a fast body causes such a dilation of time of yours, is enough to state that those theories do not belong to science.

To start, a theory of science is an attempt to explain a phenomenon as a consequence of a former phenomenon. Like a theory made by a police investigator, which is to explain a crime as a consequence of the victim resisting an assault, in science a theory follows the same procedure. The primeval source or phenomenon must be a physical mean, this is to say, an object, a body, energy, a force, etc.
You just can't invent a theory of science from your own imagination.
Relativity theory is based on a conventional idea that time flows, but time doesn't exist physically. In other words, Relativity theories and several theories of the past based on a flowing time are all of them discarded by reality.
Having that Relativity theories -according to you- have passed tests and provide substantiated explanations as required by science, then come back with one explanation that is missing here.
The required from you is to explain the mechanism, the step by step explanation of how time dilates. This is to say, how a fast object causes such dilation of time. What happens right there. How the fast object is capable to distort time. Explain it.
Best will be if you provide graphics, so your explanation can be better understood.
As far as I know, no one has explained such an "imaginary" phenomenon of time dilation. Feel free to search as much as you want online, journals of science, you name it. Remember that providing that explanation will require the observation of the event and show step by step how it happens.

I did work in a government agency in Washington DC in the 80s-90s, The employees were 99% black and I suffered discrimination from them.
