No - for the simple reason that there are a lot more redneck christian conservatives in some states than in others (the types who are usually voting anti-abortion), but that doesn't mean they should be making decisions for others. they should stick to worrying about their own personal lives instead of being so concerned about controlling everyone else.

it definitely is a right, but hasn't been in this country as of yet unfortunately. i know certain other countries feel we have a pretty evil way of dealing with health care here, with the whole "privilege" way of thinking.

i believe he had an idea of what he was getting into, but i think he may be judged unfairly no matter what. he's been given an extreme amount to deal with, & the "other side" is already been making things difficult. if they hadn't screwed things up so badly in the first place, he wouldn't have all this crap to deal with.
