first thing first, dont play your music to loudly it wont help you. you will just forcus on the music and not be able to concentrate. second words are usually a problem so music without any lyrics will help. not as fun but it really helps. next put music on that you are use to. studies show that if you play music you know really well you won't be so focused o it because you know the the song already. as oppose to the new song that just came out that you just love so i would keep up with that. good luck!!

first of all i can take a monkey. i dont have to worry about not giving my panda bear that 200 piece of bamboo and getting mauled to pieces. but monkeys are so much cooler. you can trail them to use the bathroom, get you a beer/paper/etc, teach them sign language. panda bears just sit there.
