As I have said, he does things according to the nature of his creations. For an example, a person has to die of some cause so that he may be termed as dead. I think that he should first lower out the budget of those actions of America that is`t in utmost importance. An example would be the reduction of military funding since it is more important to take care of the civilians first before the military. I think that public schools are necessary since not all people have the resources to study in private schools. An example would be the people who earn minimum wage. Its bad enough that they have to struggle for their basic needs, how much more can they afford private schools?

It is somewhat being used. But now English is more popular. But in the provinces, Spanish is still being spoken especially in the Southern regions of our country. We use Spanish words to indicate time and money. Nonetheless, Spanish culture is still widely observed since we also do siestas during the afternoon, we pray usually and have novenas and fiestas. We even look like Spanish as well. No matter what happens, those 333 years of Spanish colonization will never be forgotten.
In the Philippines, it is also compulsory that we learn English. Since the Americans occupied our country a few years back it is quite normal for the people to absorb English in our culture since Filipinos are quite open to changes and new culture.
