Sometimes, when I read fanfiction, I think, "Yes. I wish I'd written that." And keep reading. Other times, though, I look at something and go, "I can't read this! It's awful!" So, would you rather spend your time and effort writing something good or just give up and put up with averagely ok reading material?
I like acting evil characters. I don't know about you, but you can put more into them. At the moment I am playing the White Witch in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - she's really evil! It's great! I have minions and a throne and a sledge... anyway, what do you prefer playing? Good is fun too, when the character has a lot of layers, although I think main characters are normally rather floppy (they haven't got much character, in other words).
My parents are really strict about this sort of thing ('You must not put your details on the internet! Ever! They will find you, mark my words! How many people who speak English are called John anyway!?' - example) and seem to think everyone on the internet is a stalker or pervert or mass murderer. Personally, I'm rather more don't-care-ish about the subject, although I don't agree with meeting people over the internet - it's rather dubious.
Consider the pros and cons: would you rather get your valuables nicked by a ragamuffin who is actually pretty likeable... or would you rather be chased home by a drunk looney-tunes character singing Christmas carols? Your choice.
I have two sisters and one brother (I am a girl)... and all I can say is... why was I not an only child!? If I had to choose, I'd say sisters... but that's only because living in the same house with a brother is like dancing on a tightrope: you never can quite get the balance right.
This is a debate mainly for Christians but other people can chip in too if they believe bits of the Bible (and please don't say you don't believe any of it and here's why because there's no point in that over and over) because I want to find out how much of the Bible people actually believe and how much they can't see the point in.
And also I want to know who believes everything regardless of what they'd believe if it wasn't central to their religion. And why.
Make up some Shakespearean insults (or tell me ones you like)
I think that Shakespearean insults are very creative and funny as well. If we could all talk like Shakespeare, we would all be insulting one another...but hey, Shakespeare probably didn't get out much.
