CreateDebate is a social debate community built around ideas, discussion and democracy.
If this is your first time checking out a debate, here are some quick tips to help get you started:
Arguments with the highest score are displayed first.
Argument replies (both in favor and in opposition) are displayed below the original argument.
To follow along, you may find it helpful to show and hide the replies displayed below each argument.
To vote for an argument, use these icons:
You have the power to cast exactly one vote (either up or down) for each argument.
Once you vote, the icon will become grayed out and the argument's score will change.
Yes, you can change your vote.
Debate scores, side scores and tag scores are automatically calculated by an algorithm that primarily takes argument scores into account.
All scores are updated in real-time.

I was referring to your abortion comment. How you yourself dies is your own choosing. If you are putting abortion in the context of a medical emergency than I understand and agree with your comment.
I tend to agree. But only in certain circumstances. If the person is never going to recover and their quality of life is poor (such as they are constantly in unimaginable pain, or medicine and/or machine is the only way to keep them living), they should have the right to decide how they want to end it. Be it leaving the machine or stopping the meds or what have you. They shouldn't be forced to live in agony just because their family members don't want to say goodbye.
If they are killed, is it between them and a god that that doesn't seem to give a damn? If they kill their family and then kill themselves, again allowed by a god that doesn't give a damn, It's no one else's business?
By the way, agree or NOT, I don't consider an embryo a "person" yet, but that's no one else's business.
I DO consider it something to be protected by its carrier, as much as decency and practicality allows but that's no one else's business. I DO consider it everyone's business to protect the little "person" after it BECOMES a person that SHOULD be under the protection of a god, unlike those "persons" who want to take health care away from that "person" if they can't afford it! GOD, wherefore the hell art thou! Settle this crap before MORE DIE! (Including the dead mothers in the alleys and rivers!) What? ... did YOU hear anything???
It is none of your business if someone wants to control how they die. People have the absolute right to prevent or end their own suffering. I have the right to choose what to do with my body.
Women who have abortions deserve to be demonized because the baby's body is aborted, not that of the mother. The baby is NOT part of the mother. Are you too stupid to know this FACT?!
Remember you throw the first insult you get several back ,
You say ... Women who have abortions deserve to be demonized because the baby's body is aborted, not that of the mother. The baby is NOT part of the mother. Are you too stupid to know this FACT?!.........
Yes , demonised by moralising two faced people like you 🤗
A pregnant woman is not obliged to carry a pregnancy to term you dim witted cow 👉🐄
Yeshua was tortured to death so that any willing heart can repent and accept Him as their God.
Yet here you want to reduce women, who may have terrible circumstance and have to make a horrible decision, to "murdering bitches." You have no idea what's going through their head or their lives to consider abortion. To think it's only as a form of birth control is extreme to say the least.
Anyone, even women who had to have an abortion, can repent and have Him accept them. Why can't you?
And men can get sterilized much easier than a woman. Do you think that should be mandatory then? If a woman is being raped do you think her thoughts are...."oh dear I should have had invasive surgery to make sure i don't have a kid"?
I'm also noticing you didn't address my main question.
Anyone, even women who had to have an abortion, can repent and have Him accept them. Why can't you?
That's your choice. You do what you want with your body but you don't get to judge or decide what someone else does, especially while you use some back asswards method of thinking that absolves the men and their part in creating a baby. And, again. You bypassed the original question.
Thanks dear. :) I do feel that I have the right to judge murder. The baby is not part of the mother, so it's not her body that is aborted. The baby has her own genetic code that is separate from Mom. What about the unborn woman's right to choose? This proves that prochoicers don't care about all women.
You're welcome, snookums. The baby is in fact part of the mother, it's attached to her, takes nutrients from her, affects her body and mind. It may eventually come to be its own individual through birth when the woman's body is ready but it's still part of her. So again, if God forgives her, why can't you?
Last I knew, suicide was illegal in this country. Assisted suicide was illegal in this country. Euthanasia is illegal in this country. Please explain how we have the right to control how we die? "To prevent or end their own suffering".
I TOTALLY agree it's none of my business if someone wants to control how they die, I want to! Problem is, it's likely illegal! IF YOU have the right to choose what to do with YOUR body, doesn't everybody else?
