I mean, its a mathematical fact. Thats the problem with these concepts. The math leads there and comes out "correct". The question is whether the math can actually manifest in reality. Which to my knowledge has yet to be proven. the models that use a singularity do seem to have some working applicability though. So working with the assumption of a singularity is getting us somewhere. Side: Fact

A gravitational singularity is not the same thing as a technological singularity. Side: Fiction

A robot was smart enough to be granted Saudi citizenship. Suadi Arabia may be Muslim but they are allied with the US (unlike Syria). So please don't call me a stupid liberal. The fact that a robot can be a citizen anywhere is good. Side: Fact
